From day-to-day site operations to managing major construction projects, Blake's experience covers every facet of the industry. His deep understanding of what makes a senior community truly successful led him to create RBP: a company focused on acquiring and revitalizing communities with care, purpose, and long-term vision.
Before entering the senior living space, Blake worked in commercial real estate brokerage and development in Southern California, where he sharpened his skills in project management and investment strategy.
Today, he leads RBP Communities with the support of his wife, Maren, and their two children, Parker and Daeler.

With a solid background in accounting and administrative support, Leondra is able to combine her strong communication skills and financial acumen to support daily operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
Balancing part-time work and full-time parenting, she embraces her most important role as a stay-at-home mother. In addition to her professional career path, Leondra enjoys the beauty of her hometown, Santa Barbara, and values quality time spent with her husband, their young son, family, and many friends.
